Refund policy

You have 30 days from purchase to return your box. The box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to receive a refund. Exceptions may apply and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You must follow our returns procedure below.

Step 1: Let Us Know

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fluxxbox.co.uk.

Step 2: Pack Your FluxxBox Securely

Place your FluxxBox in secure packaging. Be sure to include a note with your full name, email and order number inside the package.

Step 3: Return the Box

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the box back to us. Make sure to obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your returned box, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
