Cancellations

You can cancel your FluxxBox subscription anytime, with no contracts or hidden fees.

Simply send us an email at info@fluxxbox.co.uk to do so.

Refunds with Cancellation:

• We will refund you for the remaining boxes in your subscription, based on the pay-monthly price.

Here's an example:

• You cancel a 6-month "It's Started" subscription after receiving 3 boxes. You'll receive a refund of £53.95, which is reflective of being charged the pay-monthly option for the 3 boxes you have enjoyed.
• If you cancel a 12-month subscription after 7 months you'll be charged for the first 6 months at the 6-month subscription price, then one month at the pay-monthly rate. The remaining months will be refunded.

Cut-Off Date for Cancellations:

To avoid being charged for the next month's box, please cancel your subscription before the 7th of the current month. Cancellations made after this date will be processed for the following month.
